4. Device Evaluation and Pricing

• Users submit device details for price estimation
• Final price is confirmed after physical inspection
• Price may change if device condition differs

We reserve the right to accept or reject any device.

5. Pickup and Inspection

• Devices may be collected or dropped off
• Inspection is required before final payment
• If you reject final offer, return conditions may apply

6. Payments

• Payment is made after final agreement
• Methods include cash or bank transfer
• We are not responsible for incorrect payment details

7. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information
• Remove all personal data before selling
• Disable iCloud / Google locks

SANDY is not responsible for any remaining data.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Providing false information
• Selling stolen or illegal devices
• Using the platform for fraud

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any loss due to incorrect information or misuse of the service. All transactions are at your own risk.
