When you sell your device through Sandy, you must provide accurate details about its condition and ownership. Devices that are stolen, counterfeit, or reported as lost will be rejected and reported to authorities.

Sandy provides estimated pricing based on your device’s details and condition. Final payment will be confirmed after inspection. Payment is processed promptly after approval.

Please remove all personal data before selling your device. While we handle devices responsibly, Sandy is not liable for any remaining data. Your information is protected under our Privacy Policy.

All devices undergo inspection for condition and authenticity. If the condition differs from what you described, a revised offer will be made. You can accept or decline.

The following items are not accepted:
  • Stolen or blacklisted devices
  • Devices with activation locks (iCloud, Google, etc.)
  • Counterfeit or replica products
  • Devices with missing or altered serial numbers

Sandy will not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the transaction value.

Sandy reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website signifies your acceptance of any updates.
